Ají Guacamole Return to Recipes
Ingredients:
- 1 avacado (use more if needed)
- 1 jar of Ají Original
If you're feeling adventurous, use any flavour!
Directions:
1) Prepare the avacado, keeping the pit
2) Smash the avacado
3) Add 1/3 of the jar of Ají per avacado
4) Place the avacado pit inside the guacamole
Spoon in more Aji to achieve desired taste, as
avacados vary in size.
