Aji Gourmet Products is a Canadian company looking to add a little

Spice to your Life!  

Ají Gourmet Products is a family owned and operated business. Having originally lived in Latin America, our family grew up on Ají. After making it so often we produced our own recipe, which we brought with us to Canada.

Our family took on the challenge to turn Ají into a business because so many friends and relatives gave us the encouragement to just "go for it!"  They all believed in our product, and felt it was such a new, unique, and fresh tasting condiment that there was a definite place in the market for us.

Together we started our journey in the fall of 2005, where we created our own designs and followed all of the necessary steps to open our doors into the market place, one store at a time.

Aji Gourmet Products has expanded considerably since 2005 from producing just one product, the Aji Original, to four: the Aji HOT, Aji Honey Garlic, and the Aji BBQ complement our proud family and satisfy taste buds of every kind.  Jars of flavour - that's what our Ají is all about!

Ají Gourmet Products attends numerous Farmers Markets throughout the year where we not only interact and build friendships with our customers, but we also sample our products (including our famous Guacamole) for you to personally fall in love with. You can also find our Ají in local gourmet and specialty food stores across British Columbia's Lower Mainland, or online for our long distance customers.

Ají Gourmet Products is Food Safe Certified, approved by the Fraser Health Authority, and constantly works in conjunction with the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) Laboratories, the University of British Columbia (UBC), and the Food Information Service to ensure the quality and safety of our product.
