We were served Aji in a guacamole dip while visiting some of our friends in Vancouver. I must tell you that I have NEVER liked guac, but I tried this dip and was over the moon. Our host then told us about Aji (and sent a jar home with us as well). We're hooked.

I got to sample this product and purchased it at the Women’s Show this past year, which is held in Delta/Surrey. I absolutely love it, and wish I could purchase more, but alas you don’t have it in Victoria.
Are there any plans in the future to have it in stores in Victoria sometime soon, or that you might start shipping it by mail order, say ½ dozen jars, etc., at a time.

It was so nice to meet you and your daughter at the Wellness Show last Friday, and also to sample your tasty product. We have eaten half the jar of Aji, and just love it. I tried it with a roast beef sandwich for lunch today, just delicious!

We are so excited that you have finally decided to share your wonderful product. It will be the next Canadian staple! It is the most amazing and versatile condiment I have ever had. It is so fresh, and just plain wonderful.
We wish you all the best in this new adventure. I found an old jar in my freezer from 2004, and it was still terrific! I used half on some veggies, and the other half in guacamole. The other thing that amazed me, was when I thawed it, it did not separate like salsa does.
